CareBynd offers recurring subscription services to all its users. Recurring subscription services are charged per tiers of use per below,
Monthly Membership
Monthly subsription will be charged on a monthly basis, the billing date is always identified as the date of signing up for the subscription. Monthly charge will be billed on that date every month. See billing sample below. Monthly subscription charges may vary at CareBynd’s discretion, users will always be notified of changes to subscription charges within 5 days of the changes applied to their account.
Monthly Charge per Account – $ 4.99/ month
Date signed up for the subscription – 5th of the month (e.g May)
Billing Date established – 5th of each month
First Month’s charges on May 5th (for usage from May 5th to June 4th) – $4.99
Next Month’s Charge on the June 5th (for usage from June 5th to July 5th) – $4.99
Quarterly Membership
Quarterly subscription will be charged on quarterly basis (every 3 months) in the same manner as monthly subscription except for the charges will be calculated for rolling 3 months as compared to monthly. See sample quarterly billing per below,
Quarterly Charge per Account – $13.99/ quarter (every 3 months)
Date signed up for the subscription – 5th of the month (e.g. May)
Billing Date established – 5th of every quarter
First Quarter’s Charges on 5th May (for usage from 5th May to 4th August) – $13.99
Next Quarterly Charge on 5th Aug (for usage from 5th Aug to 4th Nov)- $13.99
The subscription fees for the membership services described above is not covered under health insurance plans or other healthcare benefits such as health savings accounts or flexible spending accounts, you thus acknowlede that you may not be able to submit these subscription charges for coverage under those benefits. You will be solely responsible for the cost of these services.
In order to use our membership services and to subscribe to CareBynd account you have to register as a user. These charges only apply to the family account also known as admin account. You will be able to add upto 5 users to your admin or family account at no additional charge. These additional users are typically family members such as parents, spouse, children or for other members who may be your caregivers. You will be automatically charged on your billing date per the billing tier (monthly or quarterly) you selected unless you cancel your service with us. See cancellation details below.

Membership Cancellations and Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription or membership or terminate your account entirely in which case your subscription will also get cancelled. You can cancel your membership or suscription by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling us at 832.940.7585. If your cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle, you can continue to use your services until the end of the billing cycle, you will not be charged any future charges.
You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the recurring subscription fee paid for the current recurring subscription term, if you call to cancel within 7 days of signing up for your subscription, you will be refunded the full amount that was paid for the subscription.
If you have signed for a quarterly membership (3 months) and would like to either switch to monthly subscription or cancel your service, your account will transfer to monthly subscription charges after the quarter.
In the event that there is an increase in recurring subscription fee for membership services we will provide you advance notice within 5 days increase in charges, you may elect to continue or cancel your membership services at that time.
Account Terminations
CareBynd in its sole discretion may suspend or terminate your account or discard any content in your account for any reason including without limitation if CareBynd has reasonable reaons to believe that you have violated these terms and conditions. Any suspected fraudent, abusive or illegal activity can warrant termination of the service. In the event CareBynd terminates your account, you will be refunded any charges that are due from the day of termination.
